Make sure the information you entered are correct, that your credit card has enough availability to cover the amount of the purchase and that your card has not expired. We inform you that we do not accept payments made by cash or debit cards.
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used for the registration. The email contains all the details of your order, so please ensure to use a valid and correct email address. The payment is due at the time of the purchase and confirmation of your order. You can pay directly from our website by credit card, Paypal. Your credit card will be charged at the order confirmation.
FAQS
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must CONTACT US within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. You have to return it to us for refund.

If the return is due to a seller-related issue (such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged shipment), the seller will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dislike of the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the product details once the order is placed. We recommend canceling (if possible) or returning the item after delivery and placing a new order for the correct item.
