Shipping policy

 

 Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. We offer STANDARD SHIPPING and EXPEDITED EXPRESS SHIPPING.

We don't support next day delivery. Shipping times calculated begin 2-3 working days after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order. Please note: during Special Events we could require 4-5 working days to fulfill your order.

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse based in Mainland China . Please note that in order to ensure employees rights and fair labor, NOXE ARMOR will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

All orders  (including sale and closeout items) qualify for free express shipping, except for the out-of-delivery-area (ODA).

Please consider that islands may require 1 extra working day for the delivery process.
We apply the following shipping costs:

$15 for Asian countries
$20 for rest of world


This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

Please note that NOXE ARMOR is not liable for any local import duties and taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.

In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping times will be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, global pandemics and border closures around the world; This is outside our control.

- If the Free standard shipping don't deliver in 30 business days we will process full refund or resend new package free by express shipping.

- If the Expedited express shipping don't deliver in 15 business days, we will process full refund or resend new package

My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just contact us so we can help you further.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “no information available at the moment” OR “pending” 
Its is normal. For most shipping companies, it will take between 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If its still no information on your tracking number after 5 days,  please contact us and we will track the shipment for you.
