Refund policy


The return conditions apply to all items purchased at NOXE ARMOR and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@noxearmor.com or go to RETURNS CENTER submit your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for your return to be processed from the time your return parcel is marked as delivered. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Who Pay the returns Shipping Cost?

If you received the wrong,damaged or defective item, you can request a returns for refund, we pay shipping cost
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a returns, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you do not want the product you’ve received due to choosing incorrect sizing or other reasons, you are eligible for a full refund but you must return the unused item to our warehouse, you should pay shipping cost.

please note that we don't offer a prepaid return label. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to NOXE ARMOR via your chosen postal service first.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Normally, If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, you must return it first, then we resend new items for you by standard shipping. If you ask for express shipping please pay us fixed rate of express shipping, pleas check shipping policy.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. You have to return it to us for refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
